Participants in the Empowered Classroom Management course will learn how to:
- handle conflicts in the classroom
- practice strategies to achieve a more peaceful and harmonious classroom.
- minimize classroom disruptions,
- improve student engagement and success
- reduce classroom stress and behavioral issues.
This course incorporates practices of Trauma Informed Care, Nonviolent Communication, Restorative Practices and Social and Emotional Learning. Classroom management is key to student success and teacher satisfaction. Empowered Classroom Management addresses how to achieve both.
